Complete Membership Application

This can be done through this online portal, or in person at our Administrative Office located at 803 Cedar Street, Mount Shasta, CA.

Step 2.

Parent Handbook

You may make review and sign-off on our Parent Handbook through this online portal, or you may complete the Parent Handbook in-person, at our Administrative Office.

Step 3.

School-year Program Contributions

You may make your child's School-Year Program payment through this online portal, or you may pay in-person, at our Administrative Office. This is on a contribution basis, meaning that you may choose the amount you pay.
