STEPS TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION

*Please note: upon registration, it takes 48 hours to process.

In order to make this program a success, we are needing a commitment from you and your child to participate in our full 4-week program. Spots are limited. The program is subject to cancellation if minimum membership requirement set by Shasta Gravity are not met.

  1. Complete the Summer 2023 online registration information packet found HERE 

  2. Pay- you may make payments online, by mail, or in-person at our Administrative Office located at 803 Cedar Street, Mount Shasta, CA. 

  • To make a pay online click on the appropriate button ABOVE

  • Select  "Purchase Ticket"

    • Select the appropriate ticket type

  • Once completed you will receive a verification email.

This program is available for youth who have graduated from grades K-8th. Members who are already registered to attend our Summer 2023 programs as well as youth who are not attending our summer 2023 programs are welcome to participate. 

The programs consists of 4 sessions of professional mountain bike lessons ran by Shasta Gravity.
We will be going to Shastice Park and the Gateway Trails once weekly for 4 weeks from 9:00am to 12:00pm starting July 17 and ending August 10th.

  • Tuesdays for Beginners

  • Thursdays for Intermediate

Mountain bike lessons will be provided by Shasta Gravity with professional BICP certified coaches in a 1:5 ratio. Skills taught will be ready position, bike body separation, braking, cornering, control, stability, and balance as well as fun bike games! Practices will be at Shastice Park and Gateway Trails. Coaches will be with groups at all times and there will always be a head coach in front and assistant coach in the rear of the group. Lessons will include both skill sessions and trail sessions.

The Program will include: 

  • Snacks

  • Mt. Bike Lessons by Shasta Gravity 

  • Mt. Bikes and Helmets to use During the Program if needed

Pricing: 

  • BGCGS Summer Program Member: $100

  • Non-Member: $200

If your family can afford to contribute, please consider making a donation to do so. Every little bit of support helps us strengthen our Club and allows us to offer programs such as this to all members no matter their economic status.

Annual $20 Membership Fee
THIS ONLY NEEDS TO BE DONE ONCE ANNUALLY (JAN 1, 2022-DEC. 31, 2022) 
You may make your child's Annual Club Membership payment through this online portal, or you may pay in-person, at our Administrative Office.
Additional Program Fees may be applicable such as specialty Club programs (i.e. Skiing/Snowboarding, etc,) and our Summer Program.
